The PetSafe RF-3004W Pet Containment System can cover up to 10 acres, and is safe and effective for all dogs over 8 pounds. Installation is a simple as installing the wire (click for common installation questions) around the perimeter and plugging in the transmitter with the included adapter. Your dog wears a collar that receives a signal from the wire if he ventures too close to the perimiter. Adjustable 'depth of field' allows you to control how close your pet may get to the boundary wire before he receives a warning tone and correction.
