We provide FREE Standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States (see the map below for estimated delivery times). While most orders ship via UPS Ground service, our Dog Houses ship via FedEx Ground service. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day Air, or 3-Day Select services are available if you require faster delivery. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories or Military Bases are shipped via US Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail (see below). Most orders are shipped on the same or next business day from Knoxville, TN.

Special Provisions for International Customers. We gladly ship orders to addresses outside the United States; however, due to the high cost of international shipping, it is necessary for Securepets to apply certain special shipping provisions. If the Purchaser must return items for either refund or replacement, the Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs necessary to ensure that the items arrive safely at the Securepets warehouse. The Purchaser is also responsible for payment of any shipping and insurance costs incurred by Securepets in shipping replacement equipment back to the Purchaser.
