The remote easily fits in the palm of your hand, and features a convenient switch to instantly increase the correction strength by two levels. The water-proof receiver features a NiMH rechargeable battery, which is an improvement over NiCad batteries as they do not develop a 'memory'. The unit offers 7 levels of correction to match your dogs' temperament, and a 250 yard effective range.
