affordable, insulated pet
house
to fit
any budget. No more
worrying whether your pet is
comfortable in extremely cold or hot weather. Our
insulated houses are ruggedly constructed of rotational-molded
plastic similar to popular children's playhouses. The
walls and roof are filled with 2" of insulation,
while the floor features 4" of
foam insulating material to provide the ultimate in
comfort
for your
pet both
summer and
winter.
The inside floor is slightly sloped toward a drain
hole to permit easy cleaning and draining of the house. Windows
are included to provide light into the house and to
permit your pet to see outside, and are removable to
provide summer ventilation. The house includes
a double-hinged door to seal out drafts while allowing
your pet the freedom to come and go as it wishes (click
to view an animation of the door operation). The
house is constructed of 5 floor and wall panels which
easily snap together and are secured by phillips screws. The
one-piece roof assembly fits snugly on top to eliminate
both air and water leakage. The house easily
assembles in approximately 30 minutes using only a
phillips screwdriver.

 Optional Heater Kit
An
optional heater kit is available for installation into
the insulated dog house. This pet heater is specifically
designed for use with pets. Products designed for humans
can get too hot and cause blistering and hair loss in animals.
Your pet will appreciate the difference.The heater installs
easily using only a power drill and screwdriver. Click
here for easy-to-follow, step-by-step installation instructions. The
heater is UL recognized to ensure safety (use of
a ground fault interrupter is recommended). The
heater can be installed either during house assembly or
any time thereafter. The heated pad is designed to
cover the back half of the floor of the house. This will
allow your pet to choose to lay on the heat source or not. NOTE:
The heater kit ships separately from the house, and may
arrive on different days.

recent testing, the insulated pet house was subjected
to various exterior temperatures with a 100-watt
light bulb inside to simulate a dog's body heat. We
let the numbers speak for themselves in the following
graph of inside temperature versus outside temperature. We
also offer a optional heating kit for use
in extremely cold climates. |

Warranty
Because
of wide variations in pet behavior, Securepets cannot be
responsible for pets which refuse to
enter, remain in or sleep in the insulated pet house. Securepets
will accept for refund within 30 days of the date of the
purchase, any house which has not been used by a pet and
is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipment. Due
to disease concerns, Securepets cannot accept any house which
has been used by a pet. Also, we cannot accept a house
for refund after the heater install kit has been installed
due to the requirement that a hole is cut in the rear of
the house for the power cord. We hope you appreciate
our efforts to protect the health of your best friend and
understand our reasons for being unable to accept returns
of houses which have had pets inside them. Upon receipt
of a properly packaged house within 30 days of the date
of purchase, Securepets will refund the cost of the house,
less shipping costs. It is the responsiblity of the customer
to properly package and insure the package for arrival
at Securepets and to pay all costs associated with return
shipping the house to Securepets. Prior to returning a house,
an RMA number must be obtained from Securepets.
